Back pain gone noticably ?

Woke up this morning to feel that the back pain has gone noticably and so does any aches I may have on the shoulder and neck.
Like I told brother last night, I reckon it to be some sort of remission and after this hope it won't repeat anymore. I hope so for wife too for she had been very tiring after coming home from work.

I got this yesterday after waking from nap in the afternoon. Can this be a remission of the good things that I have for Xango ?

Not hungry

I can pass the day without taking lunch.

Xango and the band

Its band practise weekend !
Due to some of our band members obligation for the weekend, we held this one on Sunday.
Usual studio near to Ampang Point in the afternoon.

Ride my bike to pasar borong selayang where it was parked. While I was still walking on the flyover, RapidKL bus U3 arrived quite far down below. As I do not want to miss this one and ended up waiting, I ran like nobody's business and caught the bus.

Practising was in Studio B. Standing and playing non stop for 3 hours.

Going back also by bus when the RapidKL arrived in Titiwangsa, had to run again to catch U3 which happened to arrive.

Took the bike from pasar borong and head for Giant Selayang Mall to buy some things before heading home when I arrived at 10.30 pm.

Normally the pre XanGo days, I would usually be too exhausted after band rehearsal. But this time it was different :-

- the day was like normal.
- at home is like normal too i can continue to work or stay up.
- the next day and after date there is no "aftermath" of band practise.
The event is just like any other event I am having.

Batman and Hell Boy

I make it a point to go to Jaya Jusco, Kepong to watch movie better if 2 movies.
This time 2 good movies of the bat and the satan.
Its very taxing for the mind and especially when deprieved of sleep (usual sleep off at 3 am or so).
Hellboy was first then it was Batman.
I manage to focus and still enjoy the movie thou I know I was sleepy.

Old spec ok

As my current reading spec left holder is loose, I have to use a new one. Furthermore, I dread using it for the jamming session with the big frames and it looks bad when it is hanging loosely.
I decided to "re"use an old reading spec which is in good condition and smaller frame. My problem with specs, may it be reading or sunglass, if it does not fit my specification, I would immidiately experience diziness and headache through out the day (if it is that bad). And you know what I doint feel such with this "replacement" spec in fact it looks clearer and sharper.

No significant nescafe effect

Obviously after a cuppa of nescafe especially when it is late evening, I will find myself hard to sleep.
But now I notice it has no such significant effect anymore. I remember drinking cups and cups of nescafe after dinner which were not actually concentrated and found out that I dont have any problem at all sleeping.
But what i still hope is that nescafe will always be the booster for me say when waking up in the morning. If it cant then that will be too bad.

Xango here we go

Went to Xango office with brother first to know how impressive is this office and to listen to the talk for that night. Up line Cik Ani met us at the lobby. Xango Malaysia office is located in UBN tower itself beside Shangri La hotel. As a matter of fact they share the same toilet (on the first floor that is) !
What was told the rent (they cant buy the place of course) is RM68k per month for 2 floors. That is high but more or less wanting to show how big they are or will be.

Back a few hours earlier, I came with the Komuter and RapidKL Star. Had lost my way by dropping off at the wrong station (Jln Tun Ismail). It was raining. I was wet walking in the rain without umbrella or cap. I thought this will be one of those night I will be sick for sure.

The talk lasted at hour by an Indian Professor. It did not touch on Xango at all just how to make money and why you should make money. Indirectly it mention the opportunity in Xango.

It is customary that everyone came has the chance to gulp about half a container of XanGo (about 20 ml). So it was the first time I tasted. Pretty nice and the fibrous made me cough a bit.

Brother dropped me off at KL Sentral station (the other side of the road) I made my way back to the motorcycle. It was indeed a cold night without jacket riding the bike. Had roti canai along the way and make my way to the house and continue doing work until about 3.00 am or so.

I woke up the next morning without any symptom what so ever that I had been hit by rain. Very energetic too.
